Photographing Calum Scott at the Liverpool Echo Arena this month was fantastic. The British singer songwriter first gained the public’s attention when he appeared on Britain’s Got Talent back in 2015, performing his version of Robyn’s hit “Dancing On My Own”. Calum came second on the show. but soon afterwards signed to Capitol Records. For releasing only one single he has already sold over 600,000 records and is off to an impressive start to his career.

Watching and photographing Calum Scott at the Liverpool Echo Arena was just magic. In front of 8000 people Calum took to the stage on his own with just a mic. The crowd went wild. The air was electric whilst he sang “Dancing on my own”, ” You are the reason” and his brand new single.

His vocals are amazing, like really amazing! His new song “Rhythm Inside” is written by Calum himself and has hit written all over it. Produced by Grammy Award winning record producer Fraser T Smith who’s worked with Sam Smith, Britney Spears, Stormzy & Plan B to name just a few it’s sure to do well.
Calum is such a nice guy, hard working and clearly talented! I can’t wait to photograph him again! Furthermore, I predict he is one to watch, his career is gonna rocket.
